About Rebecca

I lead our regional business at Oakleaf Partnership and have been with the organisation for nine years. I moved to our regional business six years ago when we identified the changing landscape on client hiring outside of our London UK HQ. Since then, I have built the team to six consultants all offering recruitment expertise across the regions on a permanent and interim basis.

I have been concentrating on our HR offering across Ireland, meeting with great senior talent across Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Belfast. I love working with senior HR professionals based in Ireland looking for their next career move or looking to relocate – it has been a lot of fun working across all these cities! Lots of steps walked and coffee shops visited…

I am passionate about talent attraction and development, working with customers to build their teams as well as building strong development programmes internally at Oakleaf Partnership. Get in touch for a chat!

Kaye M - Cielo Talent

From my first engagement with Becky and at each stage of the selection process she kept me informed and updated proactively not just when I chased – which I never did to be fair.

As a TA expert – candidate experience is at my core and Becky did a fantastic job in representing the organization just like she worked for them – this is something I have rarely experienced
