After graduating from University of Wales, Swansea in English Literature in 2007, I started my career in the recruitment industry at Michael Page International in London. I joined their graduate scheme specialising in secretarial recruitment within Financial Services and Professional services. After a great eight years in the secretarial field, I decided to specialise in HR and grow my career at Oakleaf Partnership. Oakleaf have strong company values, a strong leadership team and deep rooted customer relationships - I wanted to be part of that!
Within Oakleaf Partnership, I am a Senior Manager in our growing regions business. Our reputation has allowed us to grow and nurture excellent relationships across the Midlands, North and Scotland. I am responsible for permanent recruitment across the Midlands, North & Scotland for roles with salaries up to £110,000.
Outside of work, I love watching Rugby and enjoy time at home living on the outskirts of the Peak District. I enjoy travelling to new countries so try to get in as much holiday time throughout the year as possible.
