The Oakleaf Partnership team is growing!

We are very excited to announce several new starters to various teams in our London office!


Barry Attwater and Vicki Ebel join the Interim team as a Senior Consultants. Barry has over 14 years recruitment experience in various sectors including events, media, marketing and education. Barry is focusing on Interim roles within Not for Profit, Education, Membership Bodies and Housing. Vicki has over 5 years’ experience globally most recently recruiting interim HR into the London market. Vicki will focus on the interim roles across Media, Digital, Telco, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and Education markets.

Tamara McAllen and Elizabeth Gillman join the permanent team as consultants. Tamara has over 6 years recruitment experience. She is focusing on roles across Energy, Oil and Gas, Travel, Transport and Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering up to £75,000. Elizabeth Gillman will be responsible for recruiting permanent HR professionals up to £50k across Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Construction and Telco.


Natasha Fox joins our Payroll team as a consultant after spending 4 years managing a team of consultants recruiting staff within the Catering & Hospitality sector. Natasha is focusing on recruiting Payroll professionals on an interim basis across Commerce & Industry.


Elizabeth Kerry joins our market leading team as a Senior Consultant, having previously recruited in the healthcare industry and latterly the accounting and finance sector. Elizabeth is responsible for recruiting Permanent Reward professionals across Professional Services, Insurance and Broking.


Sadie Thomas joins as a Manager, having acquired over 15 years of recruitment experience, most recently with Barclays as an Executive Resourcing Business Partner. Sadie will be responsible for growing and developing the interim business across the Midlands, North and Scotland. Also joining the Midlands team from London is Rebecca Lancelles-Foskett who will be focussing on HR opportunities in the East Midlands.

Part time

Sammy Boyling joins as a Manager with a wealth of recruitment experience, predominantly in office support and HR across a range of organisations.  Sammy will take responsibility for driving Oakleaf’s market leading part time offering.

Human Capital Services

Harold Ejele joins as an Associate Consultant to focus on tax – employee tax and expatriate tax. Harold will be working closely with Will Tear to further develop our capability in this space.
