HR Operations Manager

Oakleaf Partnership Europe are partnering with a highly successful international property Investment business. We are partnering on a HR Operations Manager to join their highly collegiate team. The business has 5000 employees globally and this role will cover employees across the UK, Europe and APAC with a remit of 1200 employees.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- The HR Operations Manager will be both the engine room of HR and be the #2 to the CPO. Responsibilities will be broad and diverse and will cover a spectrum of HR delivery, projects, systems, business partnering, management, implementation and process improvements as well as interlinking between the international offices across Europe, APAC and the EU
- This role will oversee all HR Delivery points, the full HR life cycle and will include working with the USA on HR related projects, workforce planning, performance and workday framing.
- You will manage a team to ensure a smooth HR operations function and work closely with the finance leads across the various international locations and ensure compliance and governance throughout.
Person Specifications
This role will suit candidates that have a strong HR Operations background that also have proven experience in a fast-paced organisation.
- Prior experience in a HR Operations role – with delivery across the full life cycle
- People Management experience and managing centre of excellence functions
- Experience working with workday and HR Projects
- Strong analytical experience
- Ability to report and liaise at board level
- Fluency in German and English
