Our client is a looking for an HR Business Partner. This boutique wealth management firm is looking for a Business Partner to support the Head of HR with all generalist HR responsibilities.
The firm has a huge focus on nurturing the best talent to drive business performance and ensure the best possible service is delivered to its customers
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to colleagues across the business to drive engagement, retention, talent, and business objectives.

- You will also have the opportunity to help shape and develop the HR function, process and initiatives to drive the evolution of HR.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with some time in an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (or similar) role.
- Experience of working in a financial services organization.
