Having gained an Earth Science degree from Plymouth I avoided the temptation of work and went to France to do a ski season. I began my recruitment career over 18 years ago and have gained experience globally spending 2 years doing HR recruitment in Sydney, Australia. I joined Oakleaf Partnership in early 2006 to help develop and build the business across industry, and was
promoted to Partner in 2009 and Senior Partner in 2016. As a board member I am jointly responsible for the delivery of Oakleaf's annual corporate objectives. I also operationally run our Commerce practice and personally work on senior contingent and search mandates.
I love all sports, with a real passion for skiing, running and golf. I competed in triathlons in Sydney and completed two London marathons in 2001 and 2005 (faster than Richard) for Cystic Fibrosis (The Royal Brompton Hospital) and The British Lung Foundation.
