HR Business Partner – Germany

Hybrid working: 3 days per week
As the HR Business Partner (based in Germany) you will partner with offices in Germany and four international locations. You will act as the primary point of entry to HR liaising with other HR groups across the organisation. In this role you will be part of a successful business and will work with the Head of Germany and Head of HR, and business leaders to drive the end-to-end HR and talent agenda. In this role, you can be based in either Berlin or Munich but would be required to travel to other offices across Germany and the Netherlands as and when is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Head of Germany and the Head of HR Europe and APAC to respond to changing business needs; asses the HR implications of strategic options
- Identify and monitor critical HR metrics for the business, analyse trends and predict future dynamics
- Manage the creation and updating of job descriptions for your business areas and work with the Compensation team to set compensation and ensure band consistency
- Work with teams to enhance their effectiveness, facilitating team-level interventions when needed
- Help business create plans to develop the next generation of leaders; execute talent reviews
- Identify talent issues before they impact the business
- Serves as first point of contact for employee issues, involving Employee Relations / law at the earliest point when needed
- Serve as primary HR point of contact for the business on emergency preparedness and executing on the plan
- Ensure business understands the intent and adheres to HR policies and procedures
- Analyse Employee Relations and exit interview feedback to predict and mitigate future issues
EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for a professional HR Business Partner with between five to seven years of experience in a HR Generalist position. You will be the point of contact for all HR matters across Germany with travel to, Poland, Netherlands, Czechia and London so experience working across Europe is essential
