Are you an experienced and detail-driven HR professional with advanced Excel skills? We’re looking for a temporary HR Analyst / Advisor to provide essential support to a high-performing HR team in the legal sector. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work within an award-winning HR function, offering a unique insight into both Reward & Benefits and HR Data & Systems.
The Role:
Supporting the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting business-critical activities, including:
- Assisting with the annual salary and bonus review process
- Providing data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Advising on HR policy queries
- Supporting benchmarking surveys and liaising with third-party providers
- Delivering general HR administration and project support as needed
This role requires someone who is proactive, accurate, and confident managing sensitive HR data in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Immediate availability or availability on very short notice
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLookups, Pivot Tables)
- A well-organised individual with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience in Reward & Benefits is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable learning and using new HR systems quickly
