Our client is a global professional services firm looking for an ambitious, commercially astute Global HR Business Partner to join their high performing team. The HR BP will work closely with senior leaders across geographies to shape culture, drive transformation, and deliver real business impact.
Role:
- Work closely with the global team to design and deliver people strategies that directly support their business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Drive global talent initiatives – lead core people programmes such as engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning across your global client groups.
- Identify and close talent gaps through targeted hiring and development strategies.
- Enhance the employee experience – implement reward, recognition, and wellbeing strategies that support engagement and reflect best practice.
- Culture and inclusion – bring values to life by embedding inclusive behaviours, celebrating success, and constructively addressing misalignment.
- Data and insight – provide evidence–based guidance to support workforce decisions and organisational change.
- Managing regulatory and reputational risk with sound judgement.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a strategic HRBP with full remit of the HR cycle in a global, matrixed professional services or consulting environment.
- Exceptional coaching and influencing skills.
- Resilience, agility, and sound judgement in the face of ambiguity and pace.
- Demonstrated experience supporting teams through change, growth, and performance challenges.
- Culturally fluent with experience working across diverse teams and geographies.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
