The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles, coupled with a proven track record of working within the Workday HR system. Your analytical skills will be second to none, enabling you to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis on HR data to support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilise Workday HR system for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance and streamline HR processes.
  • Create and maintain HR Dashboards.
  • Complete monthly / quarterly / and ad hoc reporting and metrics.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Workday HR system is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in an HR analytical role within a corporate setting.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
