Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (2+ days in office/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+
Compensation:
$40-45 per hour

Industry: Management Consultancy

Our client, a fast-growing, global management consultancy at the forefront of change in a range of industries, is looking for a passionate and accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to support them on an interim basis.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment process from discovery to onboarding. This is a high-touch, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, consulting with hiring managers, and creating a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience.

This is not a high-volume recruitment environment, it’s all about quality over quantity. You’ll take ownership of each search, act as a true advisor to hiring leaders, and bring best practices to every stage of the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, consulting on everything from job design to candidate evaluation and onboarding
  • Bring urgency and momentum to the hiring process while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Write compelling, tailored job descriptions by extracting nuanced information from hiring teams
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and proactive headhunting
  • Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through the interview journey
  • Attend and support in both virtual and in-person interviews to ensure rigor and alignment
  • Coach and guide hiring managers through candidate evaluation and ranking
  • Provide thoughtful follow-up and probing questions to dig deeper into candidate fit
  • Utilize Predictive Index tools for behavioral and cognitive assessments
  • Promote best practices in recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and interview structure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and impactful hiring process

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (a mix of agency and in-house), preferably in professional services, tech, or high-growth environments, focused on highly complex, technical and scientific roles
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex searches simultaneously and focusing on landing high quality hires
  • Highly consultative, confident in guiding and coaching, hiring managers at all levels
  • Passionate about recruitment-not just filling roles, but finding the perfect fit
  • Gravitas and strong leadership presence-you inspire confidence and elevate the process
  • Familiarity with behavioral and cognitive assessments (Predictive Index experience a bonus)
