About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced Senior Workday Analysts to join our clients growing HR Technology team. One role will focus on Compensation & Benefits, while the other will specialize in Payroll & Time Tracking. Both roles will serve as primary Workday points of contact, supporting HR and business partners across the organization with system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead for all Workday-related support and initiatives within your focus area.

Configure, test, and deploy Workday updates across modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Performance.

Manage annual Workday-driven initiatives (e.g., Open Enrollment, Comp Reviews, Performance Cycles).

Maintain the Workday security model, user roles, and permissions.

Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards tailored to HR and business needs.

Oversee bi-annual Workday updates, including regression testing and feature adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new functionality.

Support future Workday expansions, such as Advanced Compensation and Talent Optimization.

Coordinate with external Workday consultants for complex integrations and projects.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years configuring/administering Workday.

Deep functional knowledge in either Compensation & Benefits or Payroll & Time Tracking, with interest in expanding expertise across modules.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience managing large data sets and building dashboards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems in user-friendly terms.
