Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a global engineering company that is scaling in their search for a Talent Manager to join their team.
What is the role?
Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead on global recruitment processes, talent identification and pooling, as well as partnering hiring managers, supporting and guiding them in the recruitment process.
The role will report into the VP of People and will have significant responsibility for the recruitment of this scaling business.
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter who has worked in-house, ideally in a global role. The ideal candidate will have experience in broader talent management activities including talent identification, pooling and engagement, as well as working with business leaders for the purpose of workforce planning.
As our client operates in Asia, the ability to speak Mandarin and/or Korean would be a real advantage.
