We’re looking for an experienced Pensions Manager to lead the management and governance of both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes in a dynamic, values-driven organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Pension, Benefits & Wellbeing Lead, you’ll be the key contact for all pension-related matters-supporting trustees, advising members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll also contribute to wider benefits projects, with opportunities to drive innovation and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee DB and DC schemes, ensuring strong governance and legal compliance
- Manage relationships with trustees, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain pensions roadmap, calendar, and risk register
- Deliver tailored support to new joiners and high earners
- Chair the DC Governance Committee and support scheme communications
- Manage scheme budgets and external administrators
- Support on risk benefits and cross-functional reward initiatives
What You’ll Bring
