Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global financial services group to assist them in their search for a Learning & Development Advisor. The L&D Advisor will work closely with the Head of Learning to develop and delivery learning strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement learning strategy
- Stakeholder management
- Oversight of performance management cycles
- Maintenance of LMS
- Support of D&I programmes
- Work closely with wider HR team on the people agenda
Background:
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
- Experience with strategic learning and programme management
- Experience managing external providers
- Experience with psychometric testing
- Experience using Workday is desirable
