On behalf of our client, a values-driven and progressive organisation, we are seeking an experienced Interim People & Culture Manager for a period of 3 months.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and hands-on HR professional to support the People Strategy, partner with managers, and drive key initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in enhancing organisational performance, employee engagement, and HR service delivery during a vital period of transition and development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Onboarding activities

Support and drive the Performance Management cycle and training needs identification.

Champion Employee Engagement, coach line managers, and support employee relations matters.

Deliver critical HR Projects and change initiatives aligned to the People Strategy; Projects such as developing career progression framework, building out core competencies
- Lead on Learning & Developent and Talent Strategy

Enhance HR systems, processes, and compliance practices, with a strong focus on HR data integrity (using systems like Personio).
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).

Broad HR generalist background, with strength in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Experience in Learning & Development, developing Career Frameworks & Org design

Strong UK employment law knowledge.

Experience coaching and supporting line managers across a range of people matters.

Skilled in HRIS systems and HR data reporting (Personio experience desirable).

This is a hands-on, varied role offering the chance to make an immediate impact within a supportive, purpose-led organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and managers to embed best practice, drive culture, and support ongoing HR initiatives during this 3-month contract.
