£54,000 + Benefits – Pension, Travel discounts, 25 holiday
3 days per week in the Birmingham office, 2 days from home ( with flexibility)
Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a transportation business based in Birmingham. This is a permanent HR Business Partner role working across their transportation network. There will be some travel to London on a monthly basis. This is a professional business in the rail industry, so experience with trade union is essential to be considered for this role. If you have extensive HR experience in a Business Partnering and looking for a change this could be a great role for you.
The role
The HR Business Partner will support senior leaders in building capability across the organisation to deliver on short term business performance targets and the long-term strategy. This is a varied role but will require the successful candidate to lead on employee relations and relationships with the trade unions.
Candidate profile and experience
The HR Business Partner will need to have experience as a true business partner , strong experience with trade unions in the transport sector and experience working on employee relations cases and developing solutions to complex problems in an operational capacity as well as on projects
