GTM Talent Sourcer (Remote – US Only)
Location: Remote (US-based, West Coast client)
Contract Duration: Ongoing Interim Assignment
Compensation: $50 – $55 per hour

We’re hiring a GTM Talent Sourcer to support a high-growth Series B tech company on the West Coast. This is an ongoing interim contract focused on B2B sales recruitment-ideal for someone with deep experience sourcing and engaging Account Executives for fast-paced, tech-driven teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn recruiter to actively headhunt, source and contact top sales professionals and AEs from small/mid-size tech companies
- Conduct detailed interviews to screen candidates, gaining an in-depth understanding of the metrics the AEs achieved in previous roles, looking at data such as value of sales, typical sales cycles, average size of sale, etc..
- Write detailed reports of profiles and upload them to the ATS (GEM)
- Keep track of volume of output, response levels and success stories to continually evaluate methodologies and improve processes
- Work independently and take ownership of the sourcing strategy and pipelining numbers
- Bring a strategic, data-informed approach to identifying top performers in similar organizations in competitive sales markets
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in GTM/Sales hiring
- Proven success sourcing B2B Account Executives in tech startups
- Strong understanding of GTM org structures, sales processes, and high-performing sales profiles
- Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal oversight
