Employee Relations (ER) Specialist – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support key ER projects and manage a variety of employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage formal and informal ER cases, including investigations and hearings.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and policy.
- Support organisational change processes such as restructures and redundancies.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver consistent ER outcomes.
- Contribute to wider People team projects and initiatives.
About You:
- Strong ER experience handling complex cases.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
