Oakleaf Partnership are on the lookout for an Employee Services Advisory Manager to lead a high-performing Global People Advisory Team.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in how to support managers, deliver exceptional HR advice, and evolve the people practices across borders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Lead with Impact
Inspire, develop, and coach a team of Employee Services Advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality HR guidance to people managers across the business.

🔹 Be the First Line of Advice
Ensure your team are resolving people queries with confidence, empathy, and compliance-from day-to-day HR questions to more complex employee relations cases.

🔹 Partner for Success
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, ER teams, and the wider People & Sustainability division to align advice and support with broader people strategies.

🔹 Drive Consistency & Compliance
Champion the application of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practice-ensuring everything they do reflects their values and regulatory commitments.

🔹 Spot Trends & Shape Solutions
Use data to uncover common themes and drive continuous improvements across their advisory service. You’ll also help identify training needs and lead key development initiatives.

🔹 Lead by Example
Support occasional hands-on case management, contribute to manager training, and serve as a role model for what great HR advisory looks like.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a HR leadership or advisory management role, ideally in a shared services or advisory environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislation-bonus points for global experience
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred (or working towards it)
  • Clear, confident communication skills-both written and verbal
  • A passion for coaching and leading teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend improvements
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex people issues
