You’ll be stepping into a mission-critical position with direct access to senior leadership, playing a key role in aligning compensation frameworks with talent, performance, and organizational priorities.

What You’ll Do

Partner with HR and C-suite stakeholders to develop and deliver compensation strategies.

Design and implement annual compensation processes: merit cycles, bonus programs, and equity grants.

Lead the planning and administration of LTI and equity programs, ensuring alignment with business and compliance goals.

Provide guidance on compensation policies, job evaluations, and market competitiveness.

Deliver training and support to HR and business leaders on compensation frameworks.
Ideal Background

10+ years in compensation, ideally with experience at large, complex organizations or compensation consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon).

Deep knowledge of executive compensation, equity vehicles, and pay-for-performance practices.

Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with tools like Payfactors and Oracle Compensation is a plus.

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
