HR Business Partner – Germany & Europe
- Berlin or Munich
- €70k – €80k per annum
- Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
- Regional travel
Oakleaf Partnership Europe are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a thriving international business and support teams across Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Czechia. If you’re an experienced HR professional ready to take on a strategic, regional role-this is your opportunity to;
- Partner with the Head of Germany and senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Coach managers and teams for performance, engagement, and growth
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning
- Act as the go-to HR contact for all people matters
- Use data and insight to shape future HR initiatives
- Support across compensation, job architecture, employee relations & more
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Experience working across European countries
- Strong communication skills and commercial HR mindset
- Fluent in German & English
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable
