New hires at Oakleaf

Emma Castillo joins Oakleaf Partnership as Senior Consultant with over 13 years recruitment experience, gained within the multi-lingual, secretarial and business support sectors; she has recruited for a cross section of industries within the London market, including law firms, management consultancies and boutique finance operations to name a few. At Oakleaf, she will specialise in the Professional Services Sector, working on mid to senior management level vacancies. Emma holds a degree in German, Russian and Linguistics from the University of Essex.

Alan Hewett graduated from London Guildhall University with a degree in Business and Marketing. He prides himself on being an enthusiastic and thorough recruiter with over 6 years’ experience recruiting in the London market for a variety of roles within both financial and professional services. He started his recruitment career working within the sales and marketing field for a large blue chip firm and then moved to a City boutique recruiting support staff. He has forged successful relationships with both large multinationals and SME’s alike. Alan joins Oakleaf to manage permanent assignments for both financial and professional services firms, at the junior to mid management level.  He comments ‘I am fully committed to helping Oakleaf maintain and grow it’s already superb reputation’.
Following the success of the Oakleaf Partnership graduate programme, the Firm welcomes a new intake of recruitment professionals, being Caroline Diek, Tom Roberts and Ollie Wickham; during the intensive training programme over the next 6 months, the new consultants will be starting to develop relationships with candidates in the areas within which they will ultimately be working.
