I am partnering with a wonderful charity who are seeking a kind, caring and hardworking Training Manger to join the team.
About the role
As a Training Manager, you will be fully responsible for all training-related matters at the charity ensuring that your colleagues receive essential learning and development services. Your work will be critical to the Home Management Team Structure as you will plan, deliver, and evaluate a wide range of learning and development activities, including mandatory induction programmes for all staff.
The successful candidate will need a healthcare background, team leader experience and a compassionate nature. This a role where there is a potential to make a real difference, making it a wonderful opportunity.
