Circa £45,000 per annum + benefits including £1000 personal development budget

We are working in partnership with a fantastic global organisation who are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers a great culture, a career that will challenge you in the right way and a collaborative HR team.

If you have extensive HR and Talent experience and exposure to driving different initiatives from this perspective, this could be the role for you.

What is the role:

The post holder will adopt a key leadership role in the organisations recruitment function (EMEA). You will build strong relationships with stake holders and hiring managers and will be responsible to executive initiatives including enhancing retention, EVP and HR projects.

  • Develop Talent strategy aligning with business objectives
  • Overseeing the whole recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer and onboarding, ensuring for an excellent candidate experience
  • Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment processes
  • Negotiating between candidates, hiring managers and the business
  • Working closely with senior leadership, and relevant stake holders throughout the business to identify gaps and understand talent needs
  • Enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
  • Source for candidates, whilst building a strong EVP in the marekt
  • Work with HR on retention strategies
  • Working in line with organisational values when managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners.

Candidate profile/experience:

  • Previous experience working in strategic HR and Talent roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience of working in Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research, Unlicensed medicines or Clinical Trial industries are highly advantageous.
  • Must have worked in HR and Talent Acquisition roles
  • Degree qualified or CIPD qualification advantageous
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
