Role

The role requires a proactive mindset. The Payroll Manager/ Payroll Lead will partner closely with the head of Payroll to support Payroll process across the Americas; USA, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil and Argentina offices. They will manage the Payroll process with 3rd party vendors and ad hoc projects around improvement and implementation.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

Payroll

  • Process and reconcile payroll on a semi-monthly basis
  • Create, revise, and maintain payroll control procedures and practices with best industry practice
  • Prepares ad hoc reports, i.e., Cost allocation and special pay reports for the Finance & Compensation team in the US
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to process and manage payroll across the Americas
  • LATAM experience is a must
  • Managing small team of 8 across the US, Canada and LATAM

We are keen to hear from proactive Payroll professionals with ambition and drive. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a corporate environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years’ experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of professionalism and sound judgment with an understanding of when and how to escalate issues
  • Solution-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
