A market leading trading marketplace currently seek an experienced Senior HR Operations Analyst on an initial 9 month basis. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the global HR Operations team, providing operational support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

The business require someone who values delivering exceptional experiences to stakeholders, possesses the skills and curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities within HR Operations processes, and thrives in a dynamic global environment requiring effective organisation and prioritisation.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a customer-centric approach, seeking to understand and meet the needs of all stakeholders. As a problem-solver, the individual will navigate through complexities, taking charge of issues and driving continuous improvement within the HR landscape, coaching other team members where necessary.

This role offers a chance to be part of a global HR Operations team, with colleagues in London, Ireland, APAC and the US.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level support and resolution for employee inquiries, maintaining compliance with SLAs and legislation
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders on various projects, including offboarding processes and employee life cycle activities
  • Managing Workday queries and ensuring data integrity within HR systems
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, partnering with relevant teams for effective rollouts
  • Supporting the Benefits team and partnering with Payroll for timely processing
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Contribute to global HR projects
  • Provide support for complex employee documentation.
  • Manage probation period processes and records retention.
  • Review and update HR documentation and user manuals.
  • Assist Global Mobility and Immigration team where needed from an operational point of view

Skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar HR Operations role, ideally within a complex environment working across multiple countries.
  • Supported HR queries, systems, audits, and data.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in process improvement and automation, with a track record of implementing positive change and automation initiatives

Details:

  • Initial 9 month contract
  • Based in London office 3 days per week
  • Most senior member of the HR Operations team in London
  • Day rate assignment inside IR35
