We are excited to be partnering once again with this luxury retail brand who are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team on a years FTC. This is an amazing role working on a Hybrid basis 3 days a week in beautiful central London offices.

The London office, is at the forefront of HR Operations, providing essential support to specific markets. From guiding new hires through their journey to managing payroll processes and fostering employee engagement, the team plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior HR Manager, you’ll spearhead efforts to deliver exceptional service to both employees and stakeholders. Your role will involve efficiently managing HR operational tasks within your designated hub, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations across diverse markets. Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and Business Partners, you’ll drive the implementation of new policies, enhance productivity, and uphold a high standard of employee experience. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll anticipate and address evolving workforce needs while leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure legal compliance across designated markets
Oversee timely and accurate processing of HR administrative tasks
Collaborate closely with payroll managers to ensure efficiency
Maintain HR systems as a reliable source of information
Implement and monitor occupational health requirements
Support HRBPs and people managers in navigating local regulations
Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals
Streamline processes and ensure consistency across regions
Review and update policies and procedures as needed
What You’ll Need:

Extensive international HR experience with knowledge of labour regulations
Customer-focused approach with a passion for process improvement
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in people management
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday
Retail experience and payroll background are advantageous
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
