About the role
The Senior People Advisor will work closely with the People Business Partner and People Director to deliver the People Strategy for the employees, establishing effective and efficient people processes which are aligned to the business strategy and results in effective service delivery. This is a crucial role in the People Team, providing essential day to day support to employees and managers, whilst contributing to strategic people projects.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be autonomous and comfortable taking initiative and making a difference to improve processes without direction. They will have experience in a generalist HR role including responsibilities in ER, performance management and stakeholder management. This candidate will ideally have CIPD Level 5.
