We are working with a prestigious law firm in their search for a positive and proactive Recruitment Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team across business areas including fee earners, business support teams, and early careers recruitment. This is initially a 6 month contract working predominantly from home. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes such as liaising with third party agencies and candidates, extensive diary management scheduling interviews, administration of tests and assessments, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will act as an ambassador for the firm providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process, from candidate feedback to updating internal trackers and databases. You will also get involved in any other projects as required.

The Profile:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration in a legal or professional services firm, either in-house, RPO or agency.
  • Confident communication style and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
