Payroll Administrator

* Salary up to £32,000
* Chelmsford – Hybrid Working

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading manufacturing company who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the team. Working closely with the payroll manager you will be responsible for processing the payroll end-to-end using ADP iHCM.

About the role:

* Responsible for inputting and maintaining data within ADP iHCM.
* Preparing data for year-end and pension providers.
* Act as first line of support, providing guidance to all affected employees and managing complex payroll queries.
* Supporting HR Services and Finance teams on compliance and governance requirements.
* Administering deductions and reconciliation of payments.
* Supporting with any ad hoc administration and payroll projects.

About the candidate:

* Previous experience processing payroll end-to-end using ADP iHCM.
* Good excel skills including VLookups.
* Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Knowledge and keeping up to date with current UK payroll legislation.
