We are recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our established insurance client initially on a 12 month basis, to support the business with all talent development initiatives and administration, including the organisation of events, coordination of mandatory learning courses and delivery of programmes. You will be the first point of contact on all talent development queries and the go to person for the LMS, acting as a super user. You will take responsibility for the company’s learning calendar so being organised with good attention to detail is essential for this role.
The Profile:
- Previous experience as a Learning & Development Coordinator in financial or professional services
- You will have a keen interest in developing people and ensuring they have an excellent experience
- The ability to work in a fast pace environment prioritising tasks
- Experience in Workday would be beneficial.
