Learning & Development Analyst
New York City, NY or Stamford, CT | (4 days a week on site)
Salary $85,000 – 100,000
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global Talent & Learning team on program planning and execution, including training material development and upkeep.
- Utilize and enhance Workday modules for Learning and Talent activities, including managing setup, reports, and testing.
- Prepare statistics to evaluate programmatic impact.
- Support employee listening activities.
- Create communications for Talent initiatives awareness.
- Coordinate with vendor partners in Talent space. Identify and adopt leading Talent practices.
Required Experience:
- At least 3+ years of experience in corporate talent development, ideally in a geographically dispersed growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday or similar LMS (Learning Management System) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
