HR Manager – Law Firm

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a successful, collaborative and friendly Law Firm. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to cover a maternity contract. Working closely with your client groups as a Trusted Advisor and delivering upon the People Agenda which aligns with business objectives. What is the role

Working in a friendly team, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders and will get involved in the entire employee life cycle. You will be contributing towards business strategy, helping to build capability, structure and processes. You will get involved with supporting, coaching, advising and influencing the business. You will be responsible for ER issues, analysing employee trends, getting involved with the annual salary and bonus review, preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required. You will also get involved with induction of new joiners, HR correspondence, employee absence management, wellbeing, managing the leaver process, appraisals and looking after the Trainee and Solicitor Apprentices. Candidate Profile/Experience

  • To apply you must have HRBP or HR Manager experience ideally within a Law Firm
  • They may also consider candidates with a Professional Services background
  • Ideally Part/Fully CIPD qualified
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong service ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Employment Law
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
