Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute core processes such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Review
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and execute on strategic HR initiatives
  • Provide robust guidance and support to people leaders to enable them to effectively recruit, retain and motivate their teams
  • Lead on HR change activities and projects as required
  • Lead on complex Performance Improvement Processes
  • Lead on complex Employee Relations cases
  • Analyse trends from the data and present findings to the business related to our Employee Opinion Surveys
  • Ensure compliance with any legal changes related to employment law.
  • Work with the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure that our business strategies and goals are being supported from the HR subject matter experts
  • Act as a role model at all times and seek to mentor and develop others within the wider HR team employing a high-performance culture mindset in line with our value

Experience Required:

  • Comprehensive HRBP experience in the Netherlands; experience of Belgium and Luxembourg is desirable
  • Fluent Dutch and English speaker
  • Demonstrated successful HR delivery, preferably in a Regulated Financial Services or Professional Services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with a growth mind-set
  • Able to operate under pressure and deliver results within a timely manner.
  • Extensive understanding of Dutch employment law, experience of the insurance collective bargaining agreement and working with a works council would be beneficial.
  • Experience of Belgian and Luxembourgish employment law would be helpful.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
