HR Advisor, Temporary Contract 3x Months

Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor to join a Global Technology business based in West London.
The business will be going through a period of change over the next year and are looking for an extra pair of hands to assist with the planning and execution of consultations and alignment.
As this is a global business that works at an extremely fast pace, we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, previous ER experience and the ability to work autonomously within a big team.
Supporting a team of 10 in HR, you will support towards the planning and execution of change plans within the business as they go through their restructure. Once first phase plans are complete, as a team you will begin to kick off individual and collective consultations, supporting hiring managers and employees across the UK in meetings. You will be expected to work towards strict deadlines and make sure all the right documents are in place through out the process. Once consultations are over, you will then move into process alignment across the business, ensuring polices are in place and fit for purpose. There will then be a second phase in September where the above process will start again.
Experience requirements:
– At least 1 years’ experience at Advisor level (with previous HR Admin/Coordination experience)
– ER experience, specifically supporting on individual and collective consultations
– Strong HRIS knowledge and experience
– Attention to detail
– Strong communication skills (liaising at all levels within the business)
– Ambitious and keen to take on more responsibility and progress
