Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global law firm to recruit for an HR advisor to look after the full employee lifecycle of trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices within the business.
About the role
– Manage seat planning and learning programme delivery.
– Conduct touch point meetings and provide guidance to cohorts.
– Oversee international and client secondment selection processes.
– Assist with trainee qualification and induction events.
– Handle HR queries and maintain accurate records.
– Participate in recruitment, selection, and assessment activities.
Candidate profile/experience
– A focus on delivering business-beneficial services.
– A proven track record of responsibility and collaborative work.
– Credibility and respect from senior colleagues and trainees.
– Strong communication and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in IT, particularly Word and Excel.
– Experience in remote team collaboration is advantageous.
Professional services experience valued and legal experience is highly desirable.
