Global Payroll Manager – Permanent – London & USA – up to £110,000 per annum – Hybrid basis
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a leading financial services firm, who are looking for a Global Payroll Manager, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the UK market and will support the international markets, such as EMEA & APAC regions. This position is on a hybrid basis, of 2 day per week, based in their Central London office, with fantastic benefits. Relocation to the USA after 12 months is required.
The Global Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Lead global payroll strategies and collaborate with local People teams
- Define global processes for payroll management and oversee processing schedules
- Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers
- Management of the pension policy, ensuring that the policy is applied accurately and organise the delivery of financial planning clinics
- Ensure compliance with legislative processes and tax obligations.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery in payroll processing
Key Skills:
- Strong UK payroll management experience is essential
- International payroll exposure would be beneficial
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of ADP iHCM and Workday
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
