Global HR Systems and Analytics Lead

  • $200 – $250k base salary DOE

We are working with an amazing and innovative client in the tech space who is looking to add an experienced People Technology and Analytics Lead to their HR leadership team.

The role?

  • Create a comprehensive plan for enhancing HR technology and analytics functions and devise a strategy in collaboration with IT Operations teams to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and managers through cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Leading, mentoring, and cultivating a team of experts in Workday and People Technology, emphasizing an agile development approach and proficient system administration encompassing configuration, security, and robust controls. This includes platforms such as Workday, CRM tools, Learning tools, etc.
  • Supervise every aspect of the design, testing, training, and change management efforts for all People Technology projects, driving digital transformation initiatives across the entire employee journey.
  • Grasp the company’s strategic business objectives, collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to grasp their requirements for people data, and formulate a vision, roadmap, and strategy for the People Analytics team to align with those objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders leveraging tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Workday Reporting tools.
  • Refine and manage the reporting and analytics intake process, establishing efficient service level agreements (SLAs) for data requests to optimize their impact on the business.

Candidate profile/experience

  • The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years’ experience in progressive HR Tech & Analytics gained inglobal organizations experiencing rapid growth.
  • A collaborative HR leader capable of serving as a reliable advisor on technology and analytics to the business’s leadership team, while forging close partnerships with the HR COEs.
  • They will be a leader and a builder and have worked in fast-paced, innovative, and highly agile environments.
  • Have a data focused approach, always putting key metrics and insights at the forefront of any conversation.
  • Experience managing teams of at least 6 individuals.
