The Group Reward Team deliver all Reward and Benefits activity for the Group from Reward strategy, design and delivery of fixed and variable pay strutures right through to developing a unique and competitive benefits package for their broad and diverse workforce.

As a dual-regulated financial services firm, this will be an exciting opportunity for someone with a wealth of experience in reward regulation within the financial services industry to act as a subject matter expert, and use key experience and lessons learned to guide and influence a dynamic team to deliver an ambitious reward agenda.

  • supporting on the preparation of applicable remuneration disclosures and any remuneration regulation update material for senior management and the Remuneration Committee.
  • Supporting with the development and delivery of the material risk taker identification framework across the Group including any key communication material for in scope colleagues.
  • As a subject matter expert, be a key point of contact within the team for remuneration regulation queries.

Keeping up to date with remuneration regulations as they arise will be key and you will be responsible for interpreting these guidelines and providing upskilling to the wider team to ensure they can be applied to the Group’s policies and procedures in order to continuously remain compliant.
