Benefits Specialist
* Permanent
* Salary up to £65K plus bonus
* 2 to 3 days a week in the North London office
I am working with a fantastic UK leisure brand who are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward to deliver the benefits and pensions strategy for the business.
About the role:
* Liaising with benefits and pensions providers.
* Communicating the organisation’s pension and benefits scheme to the wider business.
* Onboarding individuals onto the benefits and pensions platforms.
* Answering any benefits and pensions queries.
* Supporting on some project work including a review of the benefits package.
About the candidate:
* Previous experience working in a benefits role.
* Knowledge of UK auto-enrolment pension schemes.
* Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative and works well within a team and a fast-paced environment.
