Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Learning Team in implementing a comprehensive, multi-year learning strategy.
- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies, applying diverse methodologies to engage global teams
- Deliver a combination of built and bought learning solutions, drawing on instructional design and facilitation experience whether for hands-on execution or vendor oversight
- Continuously evaluate and refine learning materials and facilitation techniques to optimize learner engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Advocate for diverse learning approaches, including on-the-job experiences, social learning, coaching, mentoring, and formal training.
- Oversee firmwide learning programs from needs assessment to impact assessment.
- Ensure effective training delivery across various formats.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to align L&D with performance management and talent acquisition.
- Maintain compliance with the learning budget and maximize value from vendor engagement.
- Supervise the expansion of the online learning platform (Workday) and support content development.
- Craft creative communications to highlight the impact of global learning initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing, managing, and delivering corporate learning programs.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge methods in corporate learning, such as digital learning and design thinking.
- Proficiency in implementing learning strategies with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project and program management, including the capacity to develop a roadmap and adhere to deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with proven ability to work across diverse, global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
