I spent over 10 years recruiting in the Oxford, Bristol, Leeds and South Wales markets with a large multinational and then regional independent business. Over that time I progressed from raw graduate to Manager. I moved to London in August 2011 to take up a fantastic opportunity with Oakleaf where I recruited senior level permanent roles into financial and professional services markets before managing both teams, being promoted to Associate Partner in 2017.
In January 2020, I moved into an Operations Director role at Oakleaf, and then to the Group COO role across Oakleaf’s expanding portfolio of specialist recruitment businesses, an exciting new challenge where I am now responsible for Talent, Marketing, Bid & Contracts, frontline IT and broader operations.
Away from the office I am trying to hone my writing skills by starting a blog about college American football (details available on request!). I keep an optimistic eye on Liverpool’s results and am a Harlequins season ticket holder, happy to chat about most things over a beer or cheeky glass of red.
