The Opportunity

I am looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team, delivering a high-quality recruitment service across their Biggin Hill and London offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised and systems-savvy recruiter who enjoys working at pace and managing a varied portfolio of specialist and niche vacancies. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions, ensuring a consistent, structured and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

You will manage approximately 15-20 vacancies at any one time, so the ability to prioritise effectively, maintain strong attention to detail and keep recruitment processes moving is essential. This is not a traditional volume recruitment role; we are looking for someone who can manage multiple specialist searches while maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Experience supporting early careers or graduate recruitment would also be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Biggin Hill and London offices, from briefing and attraction through to selection and offer.

Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Manage approximately 15-20 vacancies simultaneously, prioritising workloads and maintaining momentum across niche and specialist roles.

Apply structured, competency-based recruitment practices to ensure fair, consistent and effective selection decisions.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future business requirements.

Use a range of attraction methods, including online platforms, social media and targeted campaigns, to engage high-quality talent.

Support employer branding, talent attraction and retention initiatives, including early careers and graduate hiring where appropriate.

Maintain accurate recruitment systems, records and documentation, ensuring processes are followed consistently.

Use recruitment metrics, reporting and dashboards to monitor effectiveness, identify trends and improve performance.

Manage the Preferred Supplier List (PSL), building relationships with agencies, monitoring performance and onboarding new suppliers.

Provide effective talent acquisition advice and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and the candidate experience.

Keep up to date with recruitment trends and share best practice with the wider team.

Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are assessed fairly and consistently.

About You

You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner or an accomplished in-house recruiter who can confidently manage a busy and varied recruitment workload.

Ideally, you will have:

Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house talent acquisition team.

Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, ideally around 15-20 roles, without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

Experience recruiting for niche, specialist or hard-to-fill roles, rather than solely high-volume recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues at all levels.

A structured, process-driven approach, with experience of competency-based hiring and consistent selection practices.

Excellent systems skills and experience using recruitment technology. Workday experience would be particularly advantageous.

Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data and recruitment records.

Confidence working with recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and improve processes.

The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Early careers or graduate recruitment experience would be a welcome addition.
