Oakleaf is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Senior Learning & Development Manager. This is a strategic yet hands-on role within a global Talent & Development function, responsible for shaping leadership and business skills development programmes across an international workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver leadership and business skills programmes for fee earners globally.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and create impactful development solutions aligned to business priorities.
* Lead the evolution of learning programmes, incorporating modern learning methodologies, technology and AI-enabled learning solutions.
* Facilitate workshops, training programmes and development interventions both virtually and in person.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across a global network.
* Manage external learning providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for investment.
* Oversee programme budgets and ensure effective planning, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives.
* Deliver bespoke learning solutions for teams, departments and senior leaders.
* Contribute to wider talent development projects and strategic people initiatives.
* Support a global population, with occasional international travel required.
About You
* Significant experience within Learning & Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful development programmes.
* Strong expertise in leadership development, professional skills training and talent development.
* Excellent understanding of modern learning methodologies and learning technologies.
* Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
* Experienced facilitator, comfortable delivering programmes to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Coaching and mentoring experience would be advantageous.
