Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for their Dublin office.

The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and business leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance across a broad range of people matters.
Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will support the delivery of people initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance employee engagement and contribute to the organisation's wider People & Culture strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR business partnering support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advising managers on employee relations, performance management and complex people matters.
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and organisational change.
- Contributing to workforce planning and key reward and performance cycles.
- Supporting recruitment and talent-related activity.
- Working with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver effective people initiatives.
- Supporting the delivery of the People & Culture Plan.
- Developing and embedding best-practice HR policies and processes.
- Championing diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Skills & Experience
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist HR Business Partnering experience and a track record of building effective relationships across an organisation.
You will be confident providing advice to managers on a range of people matters, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to balance commercial priorities with a strong focus on employee experience.
Experience within Financial Services is preferred, while experience within the insurance sector would be a distinct advantage.
You will ideally have:
- Strong HR generalist and business partnering experience.
- Experience managing employee relations and performance matters.
- Exposure to talent management and succession planning.
- Experience supporting organisational change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercially minded and pragmatic approach.
- A genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
