Alex Wade

I started my recruitment career after graduating from Anglia Ruskin University with a degree in Business and Law. I initially worked in IT recruitment before moving into Business Support and then HR, where I found I really enjoyed working closely with HR professionals and developed a strong interest in the role HR plays within organisations.

I joined Oakleaf Partnership to specialise within HR recruitment, working across senior and executive interim and contract roles within Financial Services and Professional Services, partnering with clients ranging from SMEs through to FTSE 100 organisations.

I’m now focused on Payroll recruitment across Financial & Professional Services, supporting clients with hiring across all levels, including operational, change & transformation, and leadership roles.
