Our client, a leading investment firm based in Boston, is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Partner. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a traditional, corporate environment and takes pride in ensuring the executive's office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless day-to-day executive support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication between the Managing Partner, internal stakeholders, and external partners with the utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other confidential materials.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Handle expense reporting and invoice processing accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update files, records, and other essential documentation.
  • Support firm-wide events and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably within financial services, private equity, investment management, or professional services.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with calendar and travel management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
