Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of positions and levels. What You'll Do
✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
✅ Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
✅ Recruit for a wide variety of roles, ranging from individual contributors to senior-level leadership positions
✅ Tackle niche and hard-to-fill searches, using innovative sourcing and talent mapping techniques
✅ Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
✅ Manage external recruiting agencies and vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality delivery and an exceptional candidate experience
✅ Analyze recruiting trends, market insights, and hiring metrics to inform decision-making
✅ Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels
- Strong experience filling specialized, difficult-to-source roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience managing recruiting agencies and external vendors
- Skilled in sourcing passive talent and developing creative recruitment strategies
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
