This Senior Manager, Executive Compensation role sits within a highly visible Global Total Rewards team and works closely with executive leadership, legal, finance, payroll, and HR partners across regions. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day administration of executive and partner compensation programs

Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles

Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert

Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders

Support elements of long-term incentive and equity administration

Build and maintain compensation models, analytics, and scenario planning tools

Enhance and document executive compensation policies, controls, and governance
-
Support executive-level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence
-
Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity
Ideal Candidate Profile

6+ years of experience in compensation, with exposure to executive compensation

Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability

Experience operating in global, fast-paced, or high-growth environments

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
-
High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Certifications such as CCP, CEP, or SPHR are a plus
-
Interest or experience in equity compensation highly advantageous
